The "receiver" size, shape and colour is nice and aesthetically pleasing for me, but is definitely not good for beginners, haha. I would say be prepared to buy a harness to use with this, I imagine it would be better until you are used to holding it in. But I enjoy using it in non-penetrative ways as well. Make sure to use at least a little lube every time, because you can build up static cling and get your toy dusty!
