Although I didn't buy this from Come as You Are, I have one and it is quite realistic texturally. You can adjust the suction factor by unscrewing the base or screwing it on tighter. Be sure to soak in warm water before using to make it more realistic. Easy to clean, and easy to store. One thing I would change is to make the opening a little tighter, so I may get the ultra tight insert, and I am also looking at the ribbed insert, because that seems more realistic still. A good buy, nonetheless.

It's not without it's downsides. For one, the resistance cap at the end can make a "shhh" sound on a downstroke and lube occasionally leaks out of the end. Also, if you don't warm it up beforehand you'll have a definite opinion on whether necrophilia is for you(yuck).

But it feels vaguely like a vagina and is probably better for maintaining sensitivity if you've succumbed to the "death grip" in the past.

I read many positive reviews and this actually exceeded my expectations. It feels great. My only complaint is the bit of noise it makes on the end cap but that is easily overlooked.
